Here at B-Fit Fitness I provide fitness solutions for people who do not want to train in a conventional gym or weightlifting environment. I understand the barriers to exercise and we aim to break these down for you. There are many ways to get fit and training with other like minded people is a great way to get motivated and keep on track. All my sessions are PT lead so you know you are getting the best coaching possible.

The brand new session created by B-Fit uses range of gym based and function exercises to give you a full bodywork in just 45 minute. Get the results of working out at the gym in a friendly group exercise session.
