CIRCUIT TRAINING

Welcome to Boot Camp! Back to basics training, combining a mixture of cardiovascular, strength and agility all in one workout. Tuesday evenings 6.30pm.

ZUMBA

The latest high energy workout where you shake and groove to Latin beats.

BOXERCISE

Offering variety with a fun but motivating focus, this is a must try class!!

Boxercise classes use a variety of floor exercises and equipment from free-weights to skipping or working with medicine balls, it will also improve hand-eye coordination and general boxing skills.  This class will increase stamina,strength and cardiovascular fitness.  A total body toning class with extra focus on those key areas....

This class will leave you breathless and wanting more!!

Calling all guys - this class is suitable for you too! A mixture of boxing and high impact cardio work with Abs, our great instructor. Running alongside Zumba on Thursdays come along with your other half and exercise at the same time! Also on Fridays 9.30am.
